About The Prince Albert Housing Authority

The Prince Albert Housing Authority was incorporated in 1953 as a agency of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. The first agreement in 1953 was made between the Canadian Mortgage Housing Corporation and the Provincial Government for 30 units in Prince Albert. PAHA was responsible for the ongoing operation of this portfolio and subsequent agreements.

Today the Prince Albert Housing Authority administers 953 social housing units. Our housing portfolio is split up to accommodate older adults, non elderly singles and families. There are currently 425 units dedicated for seniors, 14 units for non elderly singles and 514 family units.
