How long will it take to process my application?

Ensuring you thoroughly complete the application and supply the Prince Albert Housing Authority will all the documentation requested will help us to quickly process your application.

Once your application is in, the first step will be to determine eligibility.

Then, our Tenant Placement staff will arrange to meet with you. Your housing needs and preferences will be discussed and your priority for the program will be assessed.

Applicants are responsible for contacting the Prince Albert Housing Authority office to update ANY changes of information regarding their application (ie: contact number, address changes, family size change etc.)

How soon do I get placed?

Applications are assessed using a point rating system to determine priority for placement. Some of the factors considered are:
